  • Dr Berry’s YouTube Channel Actual Keto advice from an actual doctor. Great ideas and analysis, drives home how we need a whole food approach to diet.
  • Vinnie Tortorich NSNG , PDF and Fat Documentary Vinnie inspired me to give up sugars and grains. Made my diet easy, just avoid Sugars and Grains, watch for sneaky carbs like starchy vegetable and fake oils like vegetable oils. I’m not county calories or macros, just eating the right whole foods.

  • Orange Theory – Keep in mind, diet is a great way to lose weight, exercise is a great way to be healthy. My weight plateaued at 20-25 pounds with exercise and slightly improved diet. When I started to eat right, I shed the weight, 40 pounds in 4 months. Now exercise and diet are working hand in hand to improve my health.
  • The Great Cholesterol Myth – I think the research on statins and cholesterol is lacking. I have been learning more about epidemiological studies used frequently in health, and it seems lacking. Look for blind clinical trials to provide better insights in to health. One thing is plainly obvious, the current American diet is not working well for people. The studies on the impact of insulin are worrying. The book seems to have a slight bias towards vitamins, and they own a vitamin supplement line, but the analysis of the research is great analysis.
  • Wheat Belly – Ohh the irony. How I have so many issues with Wheat.
